By creating a PyoorCall account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires it.
- Your account is tied to a phone number you control. Keep your phone and codes to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
PyoorCall has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use PyoorCall to:
- share content that sexually exploits or endangers children. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
- harass, threaten, bully, or incite violence or hatred against anyone.
- share sexually explicit or pornographic content with anyone who has not asked for it, or intimate images of someone without their consent.
- share content that is illegal.
- send spam, scams or unsolicited bulk messages, or collect other people's data.
- pretend to be another person or organisation.
- spread malware, or interfere with PyoorCall or other people's use of it.
Names, usernames, about lines and group details that contain blocked words are refused, and received messages hide blocked words unless you turn the filter off.
Reporting and blocking
You can block anyone, and report users, messages and groups from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these terms we remove it, and we suspend or ban the account that posted it. Serious or repeated violations lead to removal without warning.
Your content
You own what you send. You give us the permission we need to store, deliver and display it to the people you send it to. You are responsible for what you send.
The service
We work to keep PyoorCall available and secure, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Emergency calls are not supported: PyoorCall is not a replacement for your phone's dialler.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use PyoorCall means you accept them.
